How the Commercial Customer (CC) Program Works

10% Commecial Customer Rebate Discount

All Livingstyles commercial customers are entitled to an exclusive 10% rebate discount on all products that are not already sale items. The 10% rebate discount will be available as LivingStyles CC Reward Points once the order paid in full.

How to use CC Points to Make Another Purchase

You can redeem your reward points when placing your next order, when in your cart please select "Use Reward Points" and then submit the number of points you want to apply (any number from your available points) then click "Redeem"  and the new total will reflect the subtracted points.
Note that 100 points = $1.00.
To check how many points you have, log in (homepage, top right), your name will appear. Click My Account > My Rewards.

How to Redeem CC Points in Cash

Send us an email request to commercial@livingstyles.com.au in the form of an Invoice for the dollar amount you would like to redeem as cash.

How to Obtain a Tax Invoice for your Purchase

First, log in (homepage, top right). Your name will appear. Click My Account > My Orders. You can download, print or copy your Tax Invoice. To save the web Invoice document you can:
• Click save all, copy and paste onto a word document, or
• Click print and save as a PDF.
Please note that your Tax Invoice will only be available once the order has been shipped.

Commercial Customer Terms and Conditions

01.LivingStyles CC Rebate Points only can be obtained and redeemed on purchases made at www.livingstyles.com.au.
02.CC Rebate Points are not gained on purchase of items already discounted on sale.
03. Commercial Customers can redeem the value of their CC Rebate Points in cash. The minimum cash redemption value is $200 and then in increments of $50 ($250, $300, $350, etc.). Any remaining points will remain in your account so you can accumulate on further purchases. Only available points can be redeemed for cash. In order to redeem cash for points please note it may take up to 5 business days and require your bank account details for completing a bank deposit plus a Tax Invoice.
04. CC Rebate Points redeemed in cash will require a Tax Invoice from you as a record of the transaction.
05. CC Rebate points are only applicable to item price only, excluding shipping cost and or other discounts.
06. Due to our 14-day change of mind policy CC Rebate Points may not be allocated until after the change of mind period has elapsed.
07. If a refund is issued for a product that is related to CC Rebate points it will be deducted from your CC Rebate Points.  Or a refund deduction if the CC points is not enough when refunding.
08. CC Rebate Points may be redeemed against product purchase only and cannot be used for shipping or any other costs.
09. CC Rebate Point redemption formula is: 1 Reward Point = 1 cent.
10. You can redeem your CC Rebate Points during checkout by entering the number of CC Rebate Points you wish to redeem in the Use Reward Points section and selecting Apply Points.
The corresponding dollar (or cent) value will be deducted from the purchase price of your product.
11. You can view your CC Rebate Points balance at any time by logging into your account and selecting My Rewards.

13. Commercial CC reward points will only be available once your commercial customer application is approved.
