Handcrafted GFRC structures are made from glass fiber reinforced concrete. The hand-applied microcement finish gives the surface an elegant and natural appearance. It is an extremely durable material, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and significantly lighter in weight than natural stone or traditional concrete. It is important to understand how the material responds to weather conditions, long-term exposure, and what normal weathering looks like. These products may show irregularities and subtle variations in color, texture, and porosity. Such variations are part of the handcrafted character and make each piece unique without compromising performance. GFRC microcement products still require regular maintenance and cleaning to preserve their appearance. Weight Bearing: 25kg

Care & Maintenance: Clean with a non-bleach liquid dish detergent or a mild soap-and-water solution, using a soft-bristle brush and gentle strokes to protect the sealant. Spot clean with a damp cloth or a soft brush. For added protection, we recommend applying carnauba wax (such as Trewax Clear Paste Wax) every 2–7 months. 1. Lightly dampen a sponge or a soft cotton cloth with water and wring it out thoroughly; 2. Apply a thin layer of wax in circular motions, working in small sections; 3. Immediately remove excess wax with a dry cloth, buffing in circular motions to work the wax into the material; 4. Continue section by section, overlapping slightly with the previous area.

Delivery & Return DELIVERY

Delivery Information

Ships To: Australia Wide

At LivingStyles we enjoy making our customers order delivery a smooth process. Once your order has dispatched, a tracking notification email will be sent to advise that the item(s) on order has now left the warehouse and is with the driver.

The tracking information will include the Courier business name, tracking number (if applicable) and the Courier contact details.

One of the two delivery services will be provided depending on the item:

Bulky & Heavy Items
We will use a local or interstate removalist for a safe and friendly delivery. The customer will be contacted directly at least 1 day prior to the delivery ETA. Please note that heavy and bulky items can only be delivered to the ground floor.
Smaller Items
A general Carrier such as Australian Post or Toll for example would be selected for the delivery. In the case that you are not present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card for you to pickup your order from your local post office or if with one of our other general carriers, they too will leave a card to contact directly to organise a suitable re-delivery time. A tracking number to follow online is generally the service provided.

Return Policy

Change-of-mind

In addition to your statutory warranty (for purchases that do not meet merchantable quality, fitness for purpose, or match the description), we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for most of our items - i.e., items marked as eligible for a 30-day “change-of-mind” return in the Product Details section.
