Important : since cow hides are like a fingerprint, no two skins are the same. As a result,the skin you ordered will be similar to our picture, but not identical selection is random. There will be variations in colour, patterns, markings and tones. There may be also, small lines on the natural hide, these variations are not faults or defects, they are apart of the unique character of the natural hide. We acknowledge that animal based or derived products are not for everyone. Typically, such products are sourced as by-products of the food production industry. Our trading terms with our suppliers require that all products meet or exceed strict Australian government safety, testing, certification and import standards.
Disclaimer: we sell hand picked, hand cut, hand built, hand finished furniture and accessories using traditional methods. We make furniture and accessories to a standard of product integrity, quality and finish. Any irregularities are characteristics of its handcrafted origins and it is only natural that occasional deviation in colour, grain, texture and consistency occur. It is even possible that some parts of the timber may open up in areas. This is the part of the originality of the timber, the distressed finish, and the uniqueness of each piece.
Please note: Ethically sourced hides being a natural material each piece will have a different pattern, this add's to the unique character of the item. No two will be the same.

At LivingStyles we enjoy making our customers order delivery a smooth process. Once your order has dispatched, a tracking notification email will be sent to advise that the item(s) on order has now left the warehouse and is with the driver.
The tracking information will include the Courier business name, tracking number (if applicable) and the Courier contact details.
One of the two delivery services will be provided depending on the item:
- Bulky & Heavy Items
We will use a local or interstate removalist for a safe and friendly delivery. The customer will be contacted directly at least 1 day prior to the delivery ETA. Please note that heavy and bulky items can only be delivered to the ground floor. - Smaller Items
A general Carrier such as Australian Post or Toll for example would be selected for the delivery. In the case that you are not present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card for you to pickup your order from your local post office or if with one of our other general carriers, they too will leave a card to contact directly to organise a suitable re-delivery time. A tracking number to follow online is generally the service provided.

In addition to your statutory warranty (for purchases that do not meet merchantable quality, fitness for purpose, or match the description), we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for most of our items - i.e., items marked as eligible for a 30-day “change-of-mind” return in the Product Details section.
Returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the item.
