The biggest difference you’ll find in BBQs is in how they’re fuelled. Here are the three main kinds of barbeques:
-Charcoal: Nothing beats out a charcoal BBQ for creating a smoky flavour. This style of BBQ requires you to purchase bags of charcoal, which should be readily available at petrol stations and home goods stores.
-Gas: Gas BBQs are a popular option, although you’ll need to make sure you have enough gas left in your gas cylinder.
-Electric: Electric BBQs are convenient and reliable. They don’t require any additional preparation and can be used for many purposes.

The best barbecue grill for your needs is subjective. Most people will be satisfied with a barbeque that cooks well, is good value for money and lasts many years.
When picking out a new BBQ, you’ll need to consider how you’ll be using it and what you expect from it. If you’re cooking for large crowds often, a four or more burner barbeque may be what you need. If you’ll be taking it camping with you, something light and portable may suit you better.

How to clean a BBQ?

It may seem like a tedious task, but cleaning your BBQ doesn’t have to be difficult.

Start by turning off your barbeque and removing the drip tray. Use a BBQ scraper and BBQ wipes to remove the fat and food drippings. Next, move on to your hotplates. Your best bet is to remove your hotplates and soak them in a tub of soapy water, and then scrape away and food build-up. Before you replace your hotplates and drip tray, give your BBQ a scrub down with a sponge and some BBQ wipes. Your final step will simply be to reassemble your grill.
