For picking up orders: We will Email you a pickup notification once your order is ready for collection as specified on the sale campaign. Please make sure you receive this Email before coming to our warehouse. If you do not receive the Email pickup notification within the lead time frame specified on the sale campaign, please contact our customer service team.
All returning stock must have an RMA number attached. If you are not sure, contact us prior to delivery and we will be happy to provide you with the required information and make any of the necessary arrangements with you.
