Due to the high volume of orders we process every day, please note that visiting our warehouse is by appointment only. This is not a retail location; it is only for arranged (authorised) LivingStyles order pickups or returns.
For picking up orders: We will Email you a pickup notification once your order is ready for pickup as specified on the sale campaign. Please make sure you receive this Email before coming to our warehouse. If you do not receive this Email pickup notification within the lead timeframe specified on the sale campaign, please contact our customer service team.
All returning stock must have an RMA number attached. If you are not sure, contact us prior to delivery and we will be happy to provide you with the required information and make any necessary arrangements with you.
